Funding is a repayable loan, not a grant.

All eight founding charters have a proposed €$150,000 repayable starting loan. Newly proposed organizations have a proposed €$8,000 startup loan, subject to application review and individual terms. Independent player-owned businesses have a proposed €$8,000 startup loan. Every loan requires administrator approval. No funding is guaranteed; obligations remain with the organization through leadership changes. Maximum membership is 80, including offline members.
